You are the sky

I look at you

You are vast

You are never the same

"Hello! You take my breath away!"

My voice gets sidetracked by the wind

Words change places

Some of the letters fall out

They land on a river

They float towards a waterfall

on the leaves of centuries-old plane trees.

By the time you hear my voice

You will not even know what

 She stood there

Protected

Like an ancient monument...

Even though she was a woman...

Even though she was not carved in marble or stone

but in flesh and blood and a beating heart

"What a Fate.", she sighed ...

and cried through the nights

If she were standing in a museum 

The scientists would have been as puzzled as you are

for the cause of  her tears running down the eyes of a statue

they would have probably explained it as some kind of humidity

disregarding the humanness as a  probable cause

After all

Statues only look like humans

they have no liquid feelings of their own...

 The day was beautiful

The sun was shining brightly

Right in the middle of her beating heart

She had nothing tangible nor any evidence 

to explain her sun shining so brightly within her

The siren swam to the shores of a mystical island

And started singing

while looking at the sky

Songs are prayers...

The seagulls danced to her melody and unspoken longing

They were soaring throught the air

She did not care about the ships or sailors...

The sea breeze gently rearanged her hair

while the waves recognised her as one of their own

It made her feel warm inside

And so she kept singing

She kept singing for him...

Τρυφερά πως σου φιλώ τα χέρια, 

αγάπη μου,

μέσα στη σκέψη μου...

Και με πόση ευγνωμοσύνη σε κοιτάζω 

καθώς περιδιαβαίνεις τον κόσμο.

Ήλιος εσύ στη σκοτεινή μου νύχτα.

Φωτίζεις τον κόσμο για να περπατώ.

Και γίνομαι φεγγάρι και ακτινοβολώ ολόκληρη

ένα "εσύ" ολόφωτο.

Και κρύβομαι

Και φανερώνομαι

Και υπάρχω

Και κλαίω 

Και γελάω

Και μαθαίνω

Και μεγαλώνω

Και μένω πάντοτε παιδί

Και μέσα στην καρδιά μου

It would be plain little old me and you...

You used to call us "magical"...

Some things 

can be written on paper

as clearly and as freshly as newly fallen snow

And still...

They will never be fully revealed...

For miracles,

as natural as they may be,

are of unfathomable esssence...

Hence, chances of ever fully communicating them

also suggests a miracle of undeniable and complete alignment

between source and receiver.

On that extraordinary slim line

I have built us a little cabin

I sit by the window

watching the seasons pass me by

And every night I look at the sky

Where the stars are my quivering glimmers of happiness

and the breeze is my companion

The simpler the elements

The greater the understanding.

The sky always understands...

Οι άνθρωποι που αγαπιούνται

Κρατούν ψηλά ο ένας το "μύθο" του άλλου και ο ένας τον άλλον...

Ανυψώνουν πεισματικά...

Κι έπειτα, 

-χρόνια αφού χαθούν στην ανυπαρξία -

αυτή η γλυκιά μεταξύ τους προστασία, φεύγει από το συγκεκριμένο και απλοϊκό πλαίσιο της μεταξύ τους τρυφερότητας, της μεταξύ τους αποκάλυψης, και απλώνεται γενναιόδωρα σαν ευωδία...

Εκεί φανερώνεται ο σκοπός της ζωής και η ομορφιά της...

Σε αυτή την Αγάπη 

Που σαν ηχώ από το παρελθόν, μας προτείνει να ανυψώσουμε κι εμείς με τη σειρά μας... 

Αυτός ο κόσμος το έχει τόσο μεγάλη ανάγκη! 

Είναι υψίστης σημασίας! 

Να ζήσουμε! 

Να δημιουργήσουμε! 

Να αγκαλιάσουμε! 

Να κρατάμε ψηλά τους ανθρώπους μας! 

Δεν υπάρχει τίποτα πιο μάταιο από τη ματαιότητα ούτε και από τη ματαίωση... 

Δεν υπάρχει τίποτα πιο μαγικό από την τρυφερότητα της αληθινής, ζωντανής Αγάπης...

Celebrated by you 

And only you

She is just like me

We are so much alike

We will never give in if not to 

aknowledge you

Οδός Ελευθερίας. 

Διάβασα μόλις τώρα κάτι που μοιράστηκε κάποια κοινή μας φίλη...

Μια γάτα, λέει, χάθηκε στην οδό Ελευθερίας... 

Και σκέφτηκα μέσα μου: "Τι παράξενο...

Μπορεί κανείς να χαθεί ακόμα και σε μια τέτοια οδό... "
