Safe people do that... They have the difficult conversations. Out of humanity. Out of respect both for themselves and others.  

Next time... Please try to do a little better... 

Let this mistake's purpose be to evolve. 

Let us both learn from this

Please... Listen to me 

I have nothing to gain from any of it... 

Do you understand? 

Mine was a lost cause... 

But please my love... Please... 

Never do this again. 

I understand it is your survival strategy, I understand it has probably helped you in various stages of life... I understand that you are tired... I understand. 

But you really need to work on it, gently... 

Not all people deserve this... 

At least try...? 

You are inflicting unimaginable pain when it really isn't necessary. 😔
